Sparkling Snowflakes Emboss Resist Card
I decided to re-visit the "Emboss Resist Technique". It has been around a long time and I thought the Sparkling Snowflakes Bundle was the perfect stamp set for it! I have seen many samples from other Stampin' Up! Demonstrators doing this technique with the Sparkling Snowflakes so I had lots of inspiration and ideas to "CASE" from. (Copy and share everything).
It's not your traditional Christmas colours but it is so pretty!
I stamped the snowflakes all over the Basic White Card Stock panel using VersaMark Ink. Then I sprinkled on White Embossing Powder and heat set it using the Heat Tool. Then using Blending Brushes I added Coastal Cabana and Highland Heather Ink to the panel. Once I was happy with the amount of colour I blended on, I used a piece of paper towel to gently remove and ink from the embossed snowflakes so they would be free from ink and be bright white. I added some ribbon and a snowflake punched tag and some bling!
I stamped the inside as well to coordinate with the card front. I also did the same to my envelope.
