Floral Wreath

This happy Spring card uses four free Sale-A-Bration items!!

I started my card by punching out the Whisper White 2 1/4" circle, and stamping the sentiment using Pool Party Ink. I  punched out flowers using the Small Bloom Punch in the following colours: So Saffron, Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride. I attached the gorgeous So Very Vellum (Sale-A-Bration item starting March 3rd!) to my card base using Glue Dots. The circle is popped up with Dimensionals as are all the flowers. I finished it up with a Whisper White Bakers Twine bow and Rhinestones!

Here is the inside. I used the Thoughtful Blooms SAB stamp set and another So Saffron Small Bloom Punch flower. I hope you like todays card as much as I do! Leave me a comment and let me know! Thanks!!

I really enjoyed making this card. Pool Party and Basic Black Card Stocks are such a great pair!! 

I first stamped the card base with the floral image from Painted Poppies using Pool Party Ink. I added the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper Panel, layered with Basic Black Card Stock and I die cut out 2 of the decorative strips from Painted Labels Dies, the seam is under the Starburst Punch and 2" Circle Punch sentiment layers. The sentiment, "Birthdays Are The Best Days" is stamped in Pool Party Ink. I finished it off with some Rhinestones and Ruched Daffodil Delight Ribbon.

You Are Wonderful

I decided this time to go with a nature themed card. There are so many "Wonderful" people in my life so this card will definitely be used!!

I first embossed the Very Vanilla panel using the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder, then I cut out a "window" using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Then I cut out 2 more windows in Basic Black, and I used the leftover frame to create the shadow in the window. I think it makes the window pop and stand out more!

On another piece of Very Vanilla C/S I stamped the trees from Rooted In Nature in Garden Green, some are full strength and some are stamped off once to give depth. The frame is pop up onto the tree panel using dimensionals then mounted onto a Basic Black panel. The card base is Shaded Spruce. I stamped "You Are Wonderful" onto a Very Vanilla scrap using Early Espresso and cut around the words. I added a piece of Braided Burlap Trim and a skinny strip of Basic Black Card Stock to the front, then using glue dots attached the sentiment and a small Basic Black Bakers Twine bow.
