Butterflies and Flowers Layering Masks

 Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative

                           Masks

I had fun making this pretty butterfly card using Stampin' Up!'s new Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative Masks.

The card base is Polished Pink Card Stock, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4".

Cut a piece of Basic White C/S to 3 3/4" x 5". I used my Blending Brushes to add some Polished Pink Ink to the "open" butterfly mask image and then I used the floral mask to fill in the open butterfly image with the flowers using Melon Mambo Ink.

I embossed the Basic White C/S sponged layer with the Tasteful Touches Embossing Folder.

The Designer Series Paper and the Special Moments Stamp Set were offerings during Sale-A-Bration Jan/Feb 2022. Any DSP and stamp set would work. For the DSP I added 2 strips, 1/4" x 4" and 3/4" x 4" over top of the Basic White C/S and a layer behind the Basic White panel measuring 4" x 5 1/4".

I used the Double Oval Punch for the sentiment and some Polished Pink Ribbon and Rhinestones.

Happy Stamping and Creating!

Fun Fold Card

Pop-Up Front Step Panel Fun Fold Card

I had lots of fun making these cards!

They stand up for easy display.

For this card I used the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper, Pacific Point, Basic White and Real Red Card Stocks, Real Red Ink, Floral Hearts Dies and the Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon.

Supplies for this card: Pacific Point and Basic White Card Stocks, Real Red Ink, Floral Hearts Dies, Always In My Heart Stamp Set and Sunshine And Rainbows Designer Series Paper.

Supplies for this card: Pattern Party Designer Series Paper, Pacific Point, Basic White and Flirty Flamingo Card Stocks, Flirty Flamingo Ink, Floral Hearts Dies and Basic White Bakers Twine.

I love that they fold flat and fit into an envelope.

Here is a great video from StampChatter showing how to make and assemble this fun fold!

My measurements:

Card Base- 4 1/4" x 10 1/2" scored at 1/2", 1 3/4", 3 3/4" and 5".

Pop-up Panel- 3" x 5 3/4" scored at 1/2" and 1 3/4".

Basic White Art Piece- 2 3/4" x 3 3/4".

Designer Series Paper- 4" wide x 3 1/2" long for the top portion.  1 3/4" x 4" for the pop-up front panel.

I used different dies from the Floral Hearts Dies and the matching Always In My Heart Stamp Set.

For the 2 cards with the Real Red and Flirty Flamingo hearts border, keep the small hearts that pop out of the die to decorate your cards with. I also added a Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon bow or a Basic White Bakers Twine Bow.

Have fun playing around with different Designer Series Papers, Card Stocks and Die sets.

Birthday Card For A Cat Lover

Birthday Card For A Cat Lover

I needed a birthday card for a cat lover so I brought out the Cat Punch and some of the Sunshine And Rainbows Designer Series Paper and came up with this!

Directions:
Card Base, cut a piece of Pool Party Card Stock to 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2".

Cut a layer of Basic Black C/S to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and attach to the card base.

Cut a piece of the Sunshine And Rainbows Designer Series Paper to 4" x 5 1/4" and attach to the Basic Black layer. The Sunshine And Rainbows DSP is a Sale-A-Bration item that you can earn for free! Check it out here: Shop with me

Cut a piece of Basic White C/S to 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Stamp Happy Birthday using Memento Black Ink and the Happy Birthday from the Flowing Flowers Stamp Set onto the upper left side. Punch out the cat using the Cat Punch onto the bottom right. Emboss this layer using the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. Attach it to the card base using Dimensionals.

Add a beautiful pearl collar using the smallest Pearl Basic Jewels and 3 more assorted sized pearls on the upper left.

Thank you for joining me today!

Happy Stamping and Creating!
