Sending Healing Hugs

Today my card is a mini slimline card. It measures 6" x 2 7/8". 

I designed this card for the weekly challenge at Freshly Made Sketches! Check them out HERE.

I started with Soft Succulent Card Stock cut to 6" x 5 3/4" and I scored it at 2 7/8" to create my card base.

I stamped a floral image from the Color And Contour Stamp Set repeatedly onto the card front using Soft Succulent Ink.

I added a 6" x 3/4" strip of Evening Evergreen Card Stock across the front of the card and then I wrapped some Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon around the card and tied a knot on the left hand side.

Die cut a Basic White label using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Stamp the sentiment using Evening Evergreen Ink.

Add a few Genial Gems to the label and some to the flower centres. 

That's it! Pretty simple!

Here is another card I designed using the Simply Succulents Stamp Set. For this card I stamped the large succulent image repeatedly on the card front using Terracotta Tile Card Stock and Terracotta Tile Ink. I then die cut a Basic Black C/S square using the Layering Squares Die and a Basic White scallop square. I stamped the sentiment onto the scallop square using Memento Black Ink and the So Sentimental Stamp Set. I stamped a small succulent flower using Pear Pizzaz Ink and cut it out and attached it to the squares. I finished the card off with some ribbon and Rhinestones. This technique would look great using all different card stock colours and inks.
