Now onto todays card!
I used the New Lighter Than Air Suite that is
has just released in the January-April 2024 Mini Catalogue on page 33. I love that Stampin' Up! offers Suite Collections, you get everything you need, it all co-ordinates together and it's 10% off!
The geometric Bubble Bath Designer Series Paper that I used on the card front is called Delightfully Eclectic. It's on page 129 of the 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue. You get 48 sheets in this huge package of DSP! It worked perfectly with todays card!
Card Directions:
Cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Thick Basic White Card Stock, score at 4 1/4".
Cut a piece of Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper to 4" x 5 1/4", attach the the card front.
Cut a piece of Balmy Blue C/S to 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" and attach to the card front.
Using the Lighter Than Air DSP, die cut a large balloon.
Die cut the large balloon detail and the small balloon detail from Lemon Lolly Card Stock.
Stamp the small balloon using Bubble Bath Ink onto Basic White C/S and die cut.
Stamp the large balloon basket using Lemon Lolly Ink onto Basic White C/S, die cut.
Die cut some Basic White C/S clouds.
Die cut a Basic White C/S sentiment banner. Stamp sentiment using Balmy Blue Ink.
Attach clouds to the card front using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.
Assemble balloon details using multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.
Attach balloons to the card front. I used Dimensionals on the larger balloon.
For the sentiment banner, I added 3 Dimensionals on top of each other in the center and glued the 2 ends flat so it pops up the center of the banner.
I kept the inside of my card simple by just adding a small strip of the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper along the bottom. This is the same DSP I used on the card front.
Finish off the card front with some of the co-ordinating Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots.
I added another co-ordinating piece of the Lighter Than Air DSP to my envelope flap.
Isn't this such a cheerful card!
I hope you get a chance to look over the 2 new catalogues. If you have any questions please reach out to me and I would be happy to help you. If you live in Canada I would love to be your Demonstrator!
