Woolly Friends Card

How adorable are these sheep!! They are from the bundle Woolly Friends. It's a stamp set and matching punch bundle. 

I just love their sweet little faces!

I decided to make a mini slim line card. I thought it worked out really well with the three sheep.

Directions:

Cut a piece of Basic White Card Stock 6" x 6", score in half at 3".

Using a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue Ink, sponge some clouds. (I used a retired punch, Tailored Tag. I punched out the shape and used it as a template for my clouds. If you don't have it just cut out a cloud shape from card stock.) I placed the punched out cloud piece onto my card base and using very little ink, a soft touch and a circle motion, add the ink to the top of the punch piece, then move it to another area and repeat until you have a cloudy sky! After I finished the clouds I went over all of it with a light touch using my Blending Brush and Balmy Blue Ink.

Stamp the butterfly in Memento Black Ink.

Cut a piece of 2024-2026 In-Color Designer Series Paper to 6" x 1". Tear it long ways in half. Attach this to the bottom of the card. Attach the other half inside the card.

Stamp some sheep bodies, heads, bows and bells using Memento Black Ink, punch out and color with Stampin' Blends. 

 Light Petal Pink for the ears and legs

 Bubble Bath and Balmy Blue for the bows

 Light Smokey Slate for the bell

 I also used some Petal Pink Ink and a Q-tip to add some color to the cheeks.

Attach the sheep to the card base. Attach the heads using Dimensionals. Glue on the bells or bows.

Stamp the sentiment using Fresh Freesia Ink and attach using Dimensionals. Add an embellishment.
