 Jelly Fish Punch Art

I have been seeing lots of these adorable little sea creatures made with the Tulip Builder Punch or the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch and I just had to make some! Once you start it's hard to stop! This punch would also be great for octopuses.

I used my design for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge. 

Isn't he just the cutest little guy ever!!! 

I started with a card base of Calypso Coral cut to 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2". 

The basic White layer is 4" x 5 1/4", attach to card base.

The Pacific Point Card Stock is cut to 3 3/4" x 5". 

I cut 3 strips of paper from the Whale Of A Time Designer Series Paper and using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue attached them to the Pacific Point C/S at an angle. Trim off any pieces that hang over. 

Emboss this panel using the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder then attach to the Basic White panel. 

Die cut a Basic White circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies. Stamp the sentiment onto the circle using Memento Black Ink then emboss the circle using the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder. Attach the circle to the card front using Dimensionals. 

Punch out a tulip/jelly fish using the Tulip Builder Punch and a piece of the Whale Of A Time Designer Series Paper.

Colour the jelly fish with Wink Of Stella.

Glue on 2 Wiggly eyes and draw a tiny mouth with a Basic Black Stampin' Blend.

On the back of the jelly fish, attach a small strip of Tear And Tape and stick 4 pieces of ribbon for the tentacles to it. If the ribbon you use is too wide, cut it in half lengthwise. 

Attach the jelly fish to the Basic White circle using Dimensionals. 

Add some Rhinestones and lots of Whale Of A Time Sequins to finish off the card.

Sea Of Love

Lots of new product here!! I'm am having a great time playing with the Whale Done Bundle and the matching Designer Series Paper! I absolutely love Sea Turtles and this set has one!!!! Thank you Stampin' Up! Making a Sea Turtle card is next on my to-do list!!

The card base is Misty Moonlight 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2".

The Whisper White C/S panel is 3 3/4" X 5" and embossed using the new Seabed 3D Embossing Folder. The detail in the Seabed Embossing Folder are amazing!! I die cut one oval and one circle from the Whale Of A Time Designer Series Paper using the Stitched Shapes Dies. I punched out one Whale from the matching Designer Series Paper. The Punch fits perfectly! I stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral on a piece of Whisper White Card Stock and angle cut both ends. I wrapped some Linen Thread around the Whisper White C/S panel, then attached it to the card base. The oval, circle, whale and sentiment are all popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. I added 3 Flowers For Every Season Gems to finish off the card.

Celebrating You!!

I used the new Birthday Jubilee Bundle from the Occasions Mini 2020 to create this pretty card. 

It is so lacy and delicate! The die does all the work for you! Simply run it through a Die Cutting machine and that's it! I used Whisper White to cut out the lace, the Designer Series Paper in the background is Woven Threads with a Whisper White layer behind it attached to a Pretty Peacock card base. "Celebrating You" was stamped in Pretty Peacock Ink onto Whisper White c/s and cut out with a Stitched Shapes Circle. I finished it off with some Whisper White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon and some Rhinestones.

Plaid Christmas

This was a simple card to make yet very festive!

The Wrapped In Plaid DSP is so pretty with the gold foil in the design.

 Fall Leaves

We just returned home from an amazing vacation to Cape Breton Island and Halifax, Nova Scotia. The colours of the trees were amazing and so stunning!!! Words can not describe the beauty of that part of Canada!! 
  So....what does a stamper do when she returns home from a vacation there, she makes a card!!! It is no where near in comparison but it is my take on the changing of the leaves, Cape Breton style!!

I used the "Thumping" technique for this card. I first inked up my tree from Rooted In Nature in Crushed Curry Ink, then I added Soft Suede to the trunk with my Stampin' Write Marker, then I used the "Thumping" technique, (using darker coloured markers, start tapping or thumping directly onto the stamp, use the side of the marker so you don't damage or flatten the tip). The markers I used were: Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Real Red. After I had added all the colour I wanted I very lightly spritz the stamp with water. It gives it a softer more water coloured look. Cut out using the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.

The Real Red card base was embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder. I made my own "DSP" by using a Whisper White piece of card stock, 5 1/2" X 2" and stamping the small and medium sized leaf in Real Red, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie, then I splattered the panel with Cajun Craze ink. Attached behind it is a small strip of Copper Foil. I embossed this panel using the Layered Leaves 3D Folder. It is finished off with a copper Leaf Trinket, a triple Linen Thread bow and a wee bit of Wink of Stella Splatter! 

Here is a close-up of the beautiful fall tree. You can also see the Woodland Embossing Folder on the card base and the tree panel is embossed with the Layered Leaves 3D Embossing Folder.
