In The Clouds

I made this card for my daughter, she is expecting her third babe in September!!! A precious boy!

I used some retired items. If a stamp set, dies or paper is a real favorite of mine I will keep it! Good thing I did for this card!

I also stamped the hot air balloon onto the envelope. 

The card base is Basic Grey C/S cut to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4".

The Grey Dotted Designer Series Paper is 5 1/4" x 4", attach to card front. Cut a piece of Whisper White C/S to 5" x 3 3/4" and using a Scalloped Square on a diagonal, die cut out a window. Then run this piece through a Die Cut Machine and emboss using a Cloud Embossing Folder. Cut another piece of Designer Series Paper slightly bigger than the window. Attach this DSP flat to the card front. Wrap the Bakers Twine around the card and tie a bow on the left side.  Attach the Whisper White Cloud Panel to the card front using Dimensionals. Stamp a Hot Air Balloon onto Whisper White C/S, heat emboss with Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder, die cut out and attach to card using Dimensionals. Die cut a small tag from the Tasteful Labels Dies using Night Of Navy C/S. Stamp sentiment using VersaMark Ink, heat emboss using White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Attach to Card front with Dimensionals. Add 2 Flowers For Every Season Gems onto each end of the sentiment. So many different possibilities using this same layout and technique!

Sea Of Love

Lots of new product here!! I'm am having a great time playing with the Whale Done Bundle and the matching Designer Series Paper! I absolutely love Sea Turtles and this set has one!!!! Thank you Stampin' Up! Making a Sea Turtle card is next on my to-do list!!

The card base is Misty Moonlight 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2".

The Whisper White C/S panel is 3 3/4" X 5" and embossed using the new Seabed 3D Embossing Folder. The detail in the Seabed Embossing Folder are amazing!! I die cut one oval and one circle from the Whale Of A Time Designer Series Paper using the Stitched Shapes Dies. I punched out one Whale from the matching Designer Series Paper. The Punch fits perfectly! I stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral on a piece of Whisper White Card Stock and angle cut both ends. I wrapped some Linen Thread around the Whisper White C/S panel, then attached it to the card base. The oval, circle, whale and sentiment are all popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. I added 3 Flowers For Every Season Gems to finish off the card.

How beautiful is the Pretty Peacock and Just Jade Card Stock combination!! 

I have been playing a lot with the Forever Fern Stamp Set and Bundle. For this card I didn't use any Dies. I stamped the greenery in Pretty Peacock and Pear Pizzazz, that's it, but so pretty!! 

The card base is Just Jade: 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and then at 2 1/8".  Fold in half then fold back the right side to the left. This creates a "Z" fold card. 

The inside Whisper White panel is 4" X 5 1/4" and stamped with greenery using Pretty Peacock and Pear Pizzazz Inks. 

Attach the Designer Series Paper 1 7/8" X 5 1/4" to the front left flap.

Wrap the ribbon around and tie a bow on the right side. 

The front layers are: Whisper White 3 1/4" X 4 1/2" and Pretty Peacock: 3 1/2" X 4 3/4". Stamp the greenery onto the Whisper White panel then attach it to the Pretty Peacock layer. Add adhesive to the left side only and attach to the card. I added some gorgeous Flowers For Every Season Gems to finish the card off. Some of these Gems are clear and they look like water/dew drops!
