Our Friendship Is Timeless

It's amazing how striking a black and white card is!! 

This card came together very quickly. The card base is Whisper White with a Basic Black layer. The top layer is Whisper White, embossed with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, it is a stunning embossing folder!! I stamped the palm trees in Memento Black Ink (make sure your ink pad is very well re-inked) and immediately sprinkled on Clear Embossing Powder and heat set. As an alternative you could use Black Embossing Powder. The sentiment is stamped in VersaMark on a strip of Basic Black Card Stock and embossed with White Embossing Powder. The trees are popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals and I added some Rhinestones to finish it off.

Easter Promise In Purple Posy

I used the Easter Promise Stamp Set to create this card. Purple is my favorite colour so it was an easy decision to use Purple Posy Card Stock. Make sure you get it before it retires at the end of May. I cut out a Soft Sea Foam panel with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies rectangle then embossed it using the stunning Parisian Flourish Embossing Folder. The Crocuses are stamped in Memento Black and coloured in with Daffodil Delight, Highland Heather and Pool Party Stampin' Blends, then die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I went over the flowers with my Wink Of Stella Brush to add lots of sparkle. The sentiment is stamped in Highland Heather and fussy cut and I finished the card off with a Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and Rhinestones.

Freshly Made Sketch Challenge

I joined the challenge at FMS this week. I decided to use the March Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set, No Matter The Weather and the free set included in this months kit, Spring Splash! These two sets compliment each other so well!  The sentiments in this kit are so appropriate for the difficult times we are all experiences right now. 

Freshly Made Sketches #427

The card base is Pool Party, with a another layer of Pool Party embossed with the Parisian Embossing Folder. I attached a strip of the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper with some ribbon wrapped around it. The boots are from the March Paper Pumpkin set, No Matter The Weather and are stamped in Memento Black, the inside of the boots is stamped with Pool Party and the grass is stamped using Pear Pizzazz. The sentiment is from the free set Spring Splash and stamped in Pretty Peacock.
