 Snowy Reflection

This is one of the cards we made at my Card Club this past Saturday! It was the first in-person club since early 2020. It was so nice to see all the ladies again, make cards, laugh and share our lives with each other!

Directions:

Cut a card base of Crumb Cake Card Stock to 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2".

Stamp some stars using Crumb Cake Ink at a diagonal from the top left to the bottom right side of the card base.

Cut layers as follows: Very Vanilla C/S 3" x 3", Be Dazzling Paper or Gold Metallic Paper 3 1/8" x 3" and Night Of Navy C/S to 3 1/4" x 3 3/8".

Stamp the cabin using Night Of Navy Ink onto the 3"x 3" piece of Very Vanilla C/S. Then cut this piece down to 2 7/8" x 2 3/4". Adhere the stamped image to the Be Dazzling Paper using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue then using Dimensionals, attach them to the Night Of Navy C/S. Attach this to the card front using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.

Use Wink Of Stella to add some sparkle to the snow.

Stamp Merry Christmas using Night Of Navy Ink onto a scrap of Very vanilla C/S. Add to the card using Dimensionals.

Punch out a star using the Starlit Punch and Be Dazzling Paper. Attach with a Mini Dimensional. 

The Be Dazzling Paper is a Sale-A-Bration item and has since sold out. Use any sparkly paper that you have or another layer of Crumb Cake C/S.

Merriest Moments Christmas Card

 Merriest Moments Christmas Card

The Merriest Moments Bundle with the Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing Folder makes such beautiful cards with ease! Die cut the frame then pop it into the matching embossing folder and you have this beautifully detailed die cut!

 I stamped the sentiment using Soft Succulent Ink in the centre of the frame. This stamp set has beautiful sentiments! Then using Basic White Card Stock I stamped two poinsettias using Polished Pink Ink, two leaves using Soft Succulent Ink and a Pale Papaya centre. I die cut them out with the same Merriest Moments Bundle and added them to the card. I splattered some Wink Of Stella over the frame and added a few Rhinestones. I attached the frame to a 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2" Basic White card base. 

This card would be beautiful with just the frame or you can decorate it by adding the poinsettia flowers in any colour.

Reflected In Nature

This is such an easy card to put together and so pretty!

I started with a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of Real Red Card Stock scored at 5 1/2" for the card base. 

Using Real Red Ink, stamp the stars from the Stars Are Shining Stamp Set on a diagonal from the top left to the bottom right. 

I stamped the log cabin image from the Reflected In Nature Stamp Set using Night Of Navy Ink onto a piece of Basic White C/S then I trimmed it down to 2 7/8" x 2 6/8". Attach this panel to a 3" x 2 13/16" piece of Basic White C/S. Then using Dimensionals, attach this panel to a 3" x 3 1/8" piece of Night Of Navy C/S. Attach this panel to the card front. Add some Wink Of Stella to the water and snow.

I stamped the sentiment using Night Of Navy Ink onto a piece of Basic White C/S. (This sentiment is retired, any sentiment would work) Flag cut the right end and attach a tiny piece of Silver Foil to the left side. Attach to the card front.

Punch out a star using the Starlit Punch and Silver Foil. Attach to the card using a Dimensional. That's it! Pretty simple!

I really enjoy colouring, I find it very relaxing. For todays card I used my Stampin' Blends and the Host Designer Series Paper, Pattern Party. This DSP collection has 48 double sided sheets with some black and white patterns that are perfect for the Stampin' Blends or sponging!

Directions and sizes:

The card base is Flirty Flamingo Card Stock, 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4". 

Cut a 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of the striped pattern from the Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper, attach to the card base using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.

Cut a 2 1/4" x 4 1/4" piece of the black and white floral Pattern Party DSP. Color using Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo Stampin' Blends. Once dry, attach this DSP panel to a piece of 2 1/2" x 4 1/4" Basic Black Card Stock. Using Dimensionals, attach this panel to the card base.

Add some Wink Of Stella to the flowers. Once dry, add Shimmery Crystal Effects to the flower centres. Set aside to dry completely. 

Ink up the Many Messages Stamp Set using Memento Black Ink, stamp onto Basic White C/S and die cut out all the sentiments at one time! *Tip: I keep all the extras in the die pouch so that they are there when I need them! Stamp them in all the different colours so you have lots ready to use! Attach the sentiment to the card front using Dimensionals. 

Tie a triple bow using Basic White Bakers Twine. Attach under the sentiment using a Mini Glue Dot.

Using your Stampin' Cut And Emboss Machine, die cut a Basic Black C/S floral image from the Artistic Dies. I cut it apart to use just a small section. Add some Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue to the end and tuck it under the sentiment tag. *Tip: make sure you keep the remainder of the die cut in the die pouch to use on another card!

This is a great layout to use over and over. Just change the Card Stock colours and Designer Series Paper!
