 Best Wishes In Coral

Have you seen this beautiful True Love Designer Series Paper in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue? Not only is it a striking black and white design but you can change it up in so many different ways! You can sponge some ink onto it, use the Blending Brushes, Stampin' Write Markers, Wink Of Stella or Stampin' Blends.

I chose to use some Stampin' Blends on my card today.

It's hard to believe it's the same Designer Series Paper! Adding Blends changes it completely. 

I simply coloured with my Stampin' Blends. I did very little "Blending", yet it still looks gorgeous!

I started with a Calypso Coral Card Stock base of 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2". I added a Basic Black layer measuring 

4" x 5 1/4". 

The True Love DSP panel is 3 3/4" x 2 1/2". I coloured the flowers and leaves using the following Stampin' Blends; Calypso Coral, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Old Olive. The DSP panel is adhered to the card front. 

*Tip: It would also look great if you dry embossed it and splattered on some Wink Of Stella*. 

I die cut a Painted Labels Circle using Calypso Coral C/S and adhered it to the card front using Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White C/S using memento Black Ink and attached it to the circle with Dimensionals. Lastly I punched out a small Dragon Fly from Sparkle Glimmer Paper using the Dragon Fly Punch and adhered this the card using a Mini Glue Dot.

I designed this card for this weeks challange over at

Freshly Made Sketches.

I really like pairing Calypso Coral with Basic Black, such a vibrant contrast! 

I started with a card base of Calypso Coral measuring 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2".

I added a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White C/S embossed using the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder.

I die cut the circle from Basic Black C/S using the Painted Labels Dies.

I stamped 2 succulents using Memento Black Ink onto Calypso Coral C/S and die cut them out.

I die cut 3 Champagne Foil succulents. I attached them around the side of the circle. 

Stamp sentiment from Simply Succulents onto a Basic White C/S scrap using Memento Black Ink. Angle cut one end, attach to card using Dimensionals. 

Add 3 Champagne Rhinestones to the center of the circle.

Just Thinking Of You!

I think everyone needs a "Just Thinking Of You" card!

I just had to play with our new Gilded Leafing, it is so beautiful!

My card base is So Saffron with another panel of So Saffron embossed using the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. The Designer Series Paper is Fine Art Floral and it coordinates perfectly with the Art Gallery Bundle. I simply stamped using Vera Mark directly onto the paper, heat embossed using the new Heat And Stick Powder then laid on the Gilded Leafing and gently rubbed it. Check out that adorable Ladybug Trinket! 

I used the same technique for this card but kept it much simpler. The Floral Gallery Dies are such a great multi-purpose set. I used the whole phrase on this card where as on the first card I only used the "Just". The stamp set comes with lots of phrases to work with.
