It's amazing how striking a black and white card is!!
This card came together very quickly. The card base is Whisper White with a Basic Black layer. The top layer is Whisper White, embossed with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, it is a stunning embossing folder!! I stamped the palm trees in Memento Black Ink (make sure your ink pad is very well re-inked) and immediately sprinkled on Clear Embossing Powder and heat set. As an alternative you could use Black Embossing Powder. The sentiment is stamped in VersaMark on a strip of Basic Black Card Stock and embossed with White Embossing Powder. The trees are popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals and I added some Rhinestones to finish it off.

What a beauty! Yes, agreed, black and white is so striking! I would never have thought to stamp palm trees in black but they sure look magnificent. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
